GrokBet is an AI Sports Intelligence platform. It provides probability-led analysis, model outputs, market signals, reasoning, contextual information and related tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GrokBet. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access sports analysis and betting-related information in your jurisdiction.

GrokBet content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial advice, betting advice, gambling advice, legal advice or a guarantee of profit.

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, historical strike rates, backtesting, live results, model results, ratings, probabilities or ROI information do not guarantee future results.

GrokBet uses data, models, automation and third-party information sources. While we aim to provide useful and accurate outputs, errors, delays, incomplete data, incorrect odds, incorrect results, missing information or model inaccuracies may occur.

You should not rely on GrokBet as your only source of information before making a decision.

GrokBet is designed to support clearer decision-making, not to encourage irresponsible gambling. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate account information and must not share, resell, transfer or misuse your account.

Paid plans may include daily credits, premium outputs, live alerts, analysis features or other benefits. Credits reset daily and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

Core, Edge and Apex are subscription plans. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Genesis is a lifetime membership subject to fair-use protections and the continued operation of the platform.

Prices, plan names, credit allowances, features and availability may change over time. If material changes affect paid users, we will aim to give reasonable notice where practical.

You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the billing tools provided. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and may depend on the payment provider, applicable law, the circumstances of the purchase and whether platform access or credits have been used.

Live market steamer alerts and market movement signals are analytical outputs based on observed market patterns. They are not instructions to bet and do not guarantee that a selection will win or return profit.

You must not:

• use GrokBet for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy or resell the platform;
• attack, overload, disrupt or interfere with the service;
• share paid outputs publicly or commercially without permission;
• use automated tools to extract data without written consent.

GrokBet, its branding, interface, models, outputs, copy, software, analysis structures, graphics and platform materials are owned by GrokBet or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

GrokBet may use third-party providers for payments, authentication, hosting, data, analytics, emails and infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, data issues or service interruptions outside our control.

We aim to keep GrokBet available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, provider issues, technical failures or events outside our control.

GrokBet uses artificial intelligence, machine learning models, statistical modelling, probability engines, historical data, market data and automated systems to generate outputs.

Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, assumptions, estimation errors, modelling errors, stale information, incorrect interpretations, unexpected behaviour or incomplete context.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be treated as fact, certainty, advice or a guaranteed prediction and should be independently evaluated before any decision is made.

Strike rates, return on investment figures, model performance, historical profitability, market alert statistics, backtests, simulations and performance metrics are provided for informational purposes only.

Such figures are based on historical information and do not guarantee future performance. Future results may differ materially from historical results.

No performance figure, rating, probability, confidence score, ROI figure, market alert, selection, model output or analysis should be interpreted as a promise of profit or a guarantee of outcome.

Ratings, rankings, probabilities, confidence scores, classifications, value indicators and model opinions represent model-generated estimates only.

They are not guarantees of outcome and should not be interpreted as certainty. A higher probability, rating or confidence score does not mean that an outcome will occur.

You agree that GrokBet outputs are only one source of information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any betting, gambling, financial or personal decision.

You remain solely responsible for checking information, assessing risk, complying with applicable laws and deciding whether to place or avoid any bet.

Access to GrokBet is subject to reasonable and fair use. This applies to all users, including paid subscribers and Genesis members.

We may limit, suspend or restrict usage that places excessive load on systems, attempts automated extraction of data, bypasses credit systems, resells outputs, shares access, disrupts service operation or otherwise exceeds normal personal use.

Genesis memberships provide lifetime access to the GrokBet platform for the operational lifetime of the service.

Lifetime access does not mean that any specific feature, model, sport, data provider, pricing structure, infrastructure provider or user interface will remain unchanged forever.

Genesis memberships remain subject to fair use requirements, platform rules, abuse controls, technical limits and these Terms of Use.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for GrokBet, other users, data providers, payment providers or infrastructure providers.

This includes fraud, abuse, scraping, chargebacks, unauthorised sharing, automated extraction, excessive usage, security threats, unlawful activity or attempts to copy, resell or redistribute GrokBet outputs.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kelash Sports Software Limited, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of GrokBet, breach of these terms, unlawful activity or reliance on platform outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrokBet and Kelash Sports Software Limited are not liable for losses arising from betting decisions, reliance on model outputs, missed alerts, incorrect data, delayed data, service interruptions, account misuse, third-party failures, provider outages, payment provider issues or user error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Kelash Sports Software Limited shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to GrokBet during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

GrokBet is not responsible for delay, failure or interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including cloud provider outages, data provider issues, payment provider failures, cyber incidents, internet disruption, legal restrictions, strikes, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government action or technical failures outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GrokBet after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of GrokBet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
